To access the services you will first go to the shopping cart and pay for the one time clearing and start the monthly subscription.   The shopping cart allows you to pay the one-time clearing fee of $77.00 and set-up the $44.00 monthly subscription.

Upon completion of payment, you will need to return to this page to complete the sign-up form under step #2.  The shopping cart does not automatically return you to this page.  You can either use your back button until you can reload this page or launch the make payment link in a new window to retain this page.
